Community Sound Bath

Join us for an immersive Community Sound Bath
A deeply restorative experience designed to bring balance to your body, mind, and spirit.
During the session, you'll be surrounded by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.
These healing sounds help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, release tension, and support your body's natural ability to heal. Many participants report feeling lighter, clearer, and more deeply relaxed than they have in weeks.
What to Bring:
• Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax
• Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow so you can lie down with ease
• Feel free to bring an eye mask or anything that helps you sink into rest
• Chairs will be available for those who prefer sitting. You're also encouraged to bring your own chair, a zero-gravity recliner, or even a blow-up mattress if that feels most comfortable
